Best Steakhouse Experience

Bavette’s Steakhouse & BarPark MGM

If I could only recommend one steakhouse for a first-time Vegas visitor, this would probably be it.

Think dim lighting, old-school jazz, incredible cocktails, and one of the most romantic dining rooms on the Strip.

Best Italian

Esther’s Kitchen - Arts District

One of the hardest reservations to get in Las Vegas—for good reason.

Everything is made in-house, from the sourdough bread to the pasta, and the menu changes seasonally.

Don’t miss:

• House-made bread

• Seasonal pasta

• Pizza

This feels like something you’d find in Italy rather than Vegas.

Most Iconic Vegas Dinner

Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen - Caesars Palace

Yes, it’s touristy.

Yes, it’s worth doing once.

If you’ve watched the show, the atmosphere alone makes it memorable.

Order the Beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding—they’re the classics.

Best Classic Steak & Seafood

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab - Forum Shops at Caesars

Consistently excellent.

It’s less flashy than some Vegas restaurants but rarely disappoints.

Order:

• Stone crab (when in season)

• Filet

• Key lime pie

Best Restaurant with a View

Eiffel Tower Restaurant - Paris Las Vegas

Request a window table overlooking the Bellagio fountains.

One of the most romantic dinners in Vegas.

Go about 30 minutes before sunset.

Best Celebrity Chef Restaurant

Amalfi

- Caesars Palace

Bobby Flay’s seafood-focused Italian restaurant.

The fresh fish display lets you choose exactly what you’ll be eating.

Great if you love seafood but still want pasta.

Hidden Gem

Mariscos Playa Escondida

Not on the Strip.

Not fancy.

Absolutely incredible Mexican seafood.

If you’re looking to escape the casinos for a meal locals love, this is it.

Best Brunch

Toasted Gastrobrunch

Huge portions.

Creative brunch cocktails.

Perfect after a late Vegas night.

Best Value

Vegas doesn’t have to mean spending $300 every meal.
